Expedite request for I 131
hi everyone , I sent my I 131 form to USCIS office on May 31st. at the same time I also sent an expedit request because my mother has cancer and is going to undergo surgery. I did my fingerprint and biometric on June 7th but I still haven’t received anything about my expedit . does anyone have information about this field?

I sent an expedite request through my congressman for I-131. In 2 months it was approved. Good luck. If they deny it, try it again through your congressman or senator. Make sure you have documentation to submit.

@Harjinder singh you have to look him up on google first. every congressman has a website. on his website he should have the contact information for his office.

it takes 10 days for the tier 2 to contact you and another 10 days for the offiice to come up with a decision on the expedition
