missing mail
i just found out after 2 months that my I-765 application rejected because of not filed correctly .
so they rejected on March 1 and sent back my case with everything in it but I never received it. I chatted with Emma and says I have to sent a email to lockbox.
and also I sent a e-request about have not received my notice they sent me confirmation and says they will review it on June 3.
do you guys know what should I do now ? what will happen to my case?🥲
divorce finalized while on GC remove condition
does anyone know or have experience about cases with divorce finalized while on GC remove condition pending?
uscis sent an extension for 48 months from the date expired on GC. but i would like to know if having divorce finalized while pending will forfeit the current extension date since the GC was with the previous marriage?

I need help!
My case was denied due to the reason of failure to submit income tax return. Which we submitted everything what they requested. Upon checking my husband’s I-130 he received an notice that petition has been approved and beneficiary should apply for adjustment of status. I don’t know if there are any discrepancies or what. Can anyone help me what to do next.
Thank God my I-485 was approved I live in Maryland and I got my Green Card through my Vawa approved June 2022.

Mis fechas son Vawa Marzo 30, 2020 aprobada Junio 9, 2022 y ( I-485 Abril 2021 aprobado sin entrevista en mayo 01, 2024) mis examenes medicos me los pidieron el 24 de marzo 2024 y Ellos los recibiero el 15 de abril 2024, 15 dias despues recibo esta maravillosa respuesta (Cabe destacar que migracion no me actulizo la app cuando me pidieron y recibieron mis examenes)

How long does it take to be mailed to me?
Hello everyone,
My I-765 was approved on April 16th. Since 4/17, the status has remained "Case was Approved". I am wondering when I can expect to receive my EAD card.
I urgently need the EAD card because I have to travel abroad and will be using AP document to re-enter the United States. As a result, my F-1 student status will be invalidated upon my return. Therefore, I will need the EAD card to legally work in the U.S.
My employment start date is May 13th, and I am anxious about whether I will receive the EAD card before then.
If you have recently gone through a similar process, could you please share your experience with me? Specifically, I would like to know how long it took for you to receive your combo or EAD card after approval.

question about the i693 medical examination
the surgeon issued my i693 in October 2021 and my understanding is that medical examination reports issues before nov 1 2023 are valid for two years. according to that my medical report is now expired so do I need to get a new medical examination or can I contact my surgeon and have them release a report again?

My GC updated to card being processed 4/26 then to approved on 04/29 but today it shows interview scheduled.. I called uscis and the rep said it shows an interview is scheduled for next month and that an approval letter was sent as well .. & was told someone will call me back....

RFE mediums
Hi everyone. Does RFEs show up in the document tab or just in the mail? We got a notification today but nothing showing up. This is for form I-485. I think I know what it is for. The crazy thing is, I uploaded corrections online 1 week ago and it's clear now that they do not check online if you mailed in application. Is that a fair conclusion? I was trying to avoid the RFE but here we are. Any experiences? I am almost sure it's the grounds of inadmissibility questions that I answered incorrectly. Anyone did that and fixed it? If yes, all pages of 485 sent again with current date? Thanks!
