Finally card is being produced
if you are in removal proceeding and you have 130 and adjustment status case open, you need to get yourself a good lawyer to get done with this process otherwise you gonna sleep on your case. I’ve been waiting for four years finally I decide to get a good lawyer to take care of my case six months later everything is done. finally, I’m almost done. The only advice I can give Y’all is to get a good lawyer if you think your case is little bit complicated. I respond to rfe For medical and Sponsor, It took them 24 hours to approve my case. Stay positive and don’t sleep on your case.

5 months from now is something big to wait, do you guys think we are getting the Green card in fiscal year 2025?
I do not want to wait long and be disappointed anymore, lots of people live their life now but I tie to work like a slave.

and i just got this notification yesterday. what is that mean ? my interview was good. he told me he may ask more paper but is this means my case is denied?

204(c) barred due marriage number 1.
Please folks! is there anyone with 204(c) barred on him/her that Uscis allegedly place on he/she due to prior marriage. I was placed in removal proceedings since 2017 and my removal proceedings was dismissed. but my current wife petition was also denied due to 204(c). I am not in removal proceedings anymore and I have no any form of relief. I have 2 kids and I am so exhausted fighting this case for almost 8 years. please can someone tell me if there is another way to apply for any form of relief with USCIS bcos I heard there are no waiver for 204(c). Anyone ever get a working permit or greencard that he/she had prior 204c on him. please someone talk to me because I am devastated and feeling irritable and feeling like giving it up. Please I need help

RFE was for medicals.
On Monday since the 60days since RFE response passed we contacted Emma and we were told our case was transferred to Brooklyn FO (non local for us). Today it was finally approved!
