@chief IB I did not apply for 131. I got approval for I-765 on November 2022.

@JP GG First RFE 2023 was Marriage Bonafide. Second was Medical.

@Mike Raphone I was F2A until Feb 2024. Spouse became US citizen and we did the update to CR1.

did you keep stutus insid usa and did your spose become a citizen (switch to cr1)? thanks

@Gabrielle C My husband became a US citizen in October 2023. All his process was about 4 months. I was advise to do the update through Emma and contacting USCIS by phone. However, that didn’t work. We didn’t see any progress. So, my husband and I redacted a letter to the field office that had my case and we send it with a copy of his naturalization certificate in February, three weeks after the case was updated and I got interview date.

@amine brahimi I don’t understand your question. Yes, I kept a legal status all this time.
