I-485 decision probability
My Priority date is September 12, 2022 which is current. It is going in retrogression starting July. Does this mean that if my decision does not come in this June, my decision will take way longer time than expected? Or is there still any chance they might still work on my case or is that a no possibility? My center is NBC Missouri and my I-485 case was filed in December 4, 2023. Is there any tentative timeline when the September 12, PD will be reviewed again?

just pray and trust. My PD is March 2022, CRP since august 2023 and just got approved today. we never know maybe yours will be next. ❤️

We are EB3-skilled. Our lawyer has told us that we are only alloved to file the I-485 when our priority date is current. Once we apply, retrogression will not effect. Because our file is in already.

Every case is different of course; but that’s what I’ve been told. They said that I have nothing left with visa bulletin.

@D J Yes. We cannot file I-485 if PD is not current in visa bulletin. Once you file, you start to wait the regular processing time. Visa bulletin is only for filing.

I cannot say anything about other categories / Nationalities, I’m EB3 skilled ROW, and that’s what our lawyer told me.
