Conflicting Timeframe
My I-130 shows that a decision will be made in 2 months on the website and my I-485 says a decision will be made in 5 months. Which timeline one should I believe when they are both being concurrently filed?

neither. they’re lies. lol. my 485 shows 3 months but 130 shows 5 months. 130 needs to be approved first.
at least yours aren’t in the wrong order lol. but honestly don’t pay any attention to it. it’s notoriously wrong. @Nattlestar 🇨🇦 🤞

You can be approved tomorrow, 6 months from now or in a year. Please don’t pay any mind to that time frame estimated decision, all it does it give you false hopes and stress , it’s never accurate. When I got approved, it was showing 8 months 😒😅

I guess I will have to postpone our wedding renewal for September 2025 in Niagara on the Lake, Canada because I’m sure an emergency parole won’t be approved.
