I485 processing time post Biometric and Medicals RFIE
My I485 Biometric is completed as of May-3, 2024 and Medicals RFIE is submitted as of May-25, 2024. How long it will take for the decision from your experiences?
My PD is April, 2017 and submitted in EB1C category and case is in NBC. Is it weeks or months now?
APROVAL TIMELINE AFTER RFE SUBMISSION!
Hi folks, I recently responded to an RFE for medicals and an updated work offer for a religious minister, as well as medicals for my wife and son. USCIS received it on May 22nd. How long does approval typically take after an RFE response? Any similar experiences to share? Your insights would be appreciated. Thank you! 🙏🏾
New Month New Hope
This month I’m officially one year approved for my I-130 and at the same time it’s been one year mark for my I-485 has been actively review. I really hope the visa bulletin is going to be current for me. it such a long journey, more than two years waiting since we are a newly married till almost a family of four! (cause baby #2 is on the way 🥰)
May Allah blessed us with healthy family and greencard on hand!
