@z z like you said, I belive it's so random because there is so many people from 2020 waiting and then beginning of 2021 already got their GC...

i wish we could honestly see it be processed normally.

@z z it also depends on how soon they can have a background check done from your country, other wise you ll keep hearing it’s in background check.

makes sense @hope bliss although i did send it my background check in the u.s with my paperwork. wouldnt that be the same thing ?

I’m still waiting for a decision on my case filled in July 2020.

what I can tell is people with no RFE gets first response first before those with RFEs

@My Time is now I filled may 18th 2021 and I’m number 9th in 99 cases remaining on lawfully subscribed app…I saw a case that already been decided to brought back and send it to RFE request..so they know what they doing

@Question Mark it’s says I am 39 in 99 cases remaining. The algorithm is pretty messed up. I am guessing it will be our turn soon

@Mrkvica M. I know but if you go and read some of the denied and appealed cases it will all make sense, as they do a throw verification, but not to mention there are few cases that gets lost sometimes as well.
