What can I do to expeditw
Hello. I am from India and have file AOS in EB2 India with PD Dec-2011. I filed concurrent application in Dec-2023 and 140 approved in a week followed by Biometrics in 3 weeks. since then been waiting. whenever I ask a live agent they say it’s within processing time. I’m unsure at this time what to do and how much more longer to wait. we got EAD in Feb-2024. it’s been 200+ days already since filing. At what point should I even try going the route of reaching congressmen etc? can I do anything to expedite?

USCIS won’t take expedite for I485. You can try congressman/ senator. But if it’s in normal processing time, sometimes it won’t work. No issue in trying that route
