K-1 visa
My K-1 visa was sent in error to Frankfurt Germany instead of Monrovia/ Liberia but I contacted the NVC inquiry and they told me that my case is escalated and is on review! I want to know how long the NVC takes to review such a case and why are they talking about my case has being escalated ??
My EAD and AP timeline
Applied for I 360, I 131 and I 485 on July 17, 2023
Then I 765 on October 26 2023
Biometrics was reused.
EAD approved on the 24th of April
Received approved noticed on the 29th
Received SSN on the 30th
I’m yet to received the physical EAD card
Today my I 131 (AP) status was changed to biometrics applied
Few hours later changed to ‘Advanced Document Was Produced’ 🎉
UPDATE: I received my Advance Parole on May 06th
still waiting on my physical EAD card (14 days after approval)
