Has anyone been paroled after crossing the border and applied for AP and was approved, and perhaps travelled safely without having problem at port of entry upon returning back to the United States?

This is a really good question. But I doubt anyone who just entered would get AP. It is possible but it would take time.

@William u, but what if possible?

I think it may be possible if the individual has status.

@William u, the only status he has was the parole he was given after crossing the border, no court date or hearing, eoir don’t show anything.

I don't think it's possible then. When you return, you need to be admitted to a status.
ال إيمان Jun 23, 2024
@William u, so it’s impossible to travel with the AP even though you have no hearing or anything, right?

Forget about not having a court date or hearing, the person doesn't have any status. What are you parked back into when entering the US? AP is for individuals with status in the US not for anyone who just crossed the border and now they want to leave the country.

You can get AP with DACA, other legal statuses, or VAWA/i485 applied together. If the i-485 is pending, then the chances of getting an AP are strong. If he is paroled, then he is admitted already; therefore, he is not an undocumented alien, but if he is court then he has to get AP from DHS instead of USCIS, and getting that approved from DHS is highly unlikely. your friend case is complex, I reckon till he not apply to adjust his status, it's not easy to get AP but consult a lawyer about it.

@Erinder Singh, actually, he crossed the border and was paroled and then got married and alien spouse file 130 for him and got approved and then abuse began and alien filed for vawa along with 485 and AP and was grant AP, now alien wanna travel but scared because he crossed the border, even though he was given parole by the CBP at the time of crossing the border.

Oh, he is good then, as he is paroled and therefore got his AP on pending VAWA/i485. I don't see any problem, but do consult the lawyer. I have never heard of someone getting denied entry after AP

@Erinder Singh, Alright thank you and @William u, thank you bro. I really appreciate your remarks.

@Erinder Singh, one more thing, but he overstay his parole given at the time of crossing the border though, is it still okay?
Erinder SinghJun 24, 2024
I think so, if that was a problem he wouldn't get an AP in first place. the only issue is his green card doesn't denied if he is outside, otherwise he is good acording to what I read from the data available.

Why didn't you give all those details at the beginning? With everything else I've read, your friend should be good. Just to clarify; the i-485 was not through the marriage petition was it?
ال إيمان Jun 24, 2024
@William u, nope, the I-485 was through the Vawa petition filed by the alien. so the AP was issued under the Vawa adjustment I-485.
