hello everyone husband and I did service request on his 485 because it’s been since November 2023 with no response to the rfe medical exam and marriage evidence just that they received and they will review
first sr 120 days after they received rfe they said it was processing normal
second they replied like and hour later saying
Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record within 60 to 180 days. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center.
(I feel like it’s an automated reply)
has anyone gotten same messages if so how long until approval or what ended up happening ?
also on my husband 485 says all 3 steps are completed it’s been on step 4 (decision) for about month and a half now anyone with similar experience?

!!update!!: green card arrived 10 days later in the mail.
in the web, it said that the tracking number was UNAVAILABLE so I contacted live agent through Emma and was able to accrue it. I’m so happy and feel so relieved that this journey has come to an end and wish everyone the same. farewell 😉

Parole in Place / I 601A
My wife(green card holder)has applied for my I601A it’s been almost 2 years. I understand that at this point the waiting period is 44 months (best case in scenario another two years of wait )We have been married for 6 years and I’ve been in the US for 22 years. if she becomes citizen, can I qualify for the parole in place? or the petitioner has to be citizen before past june 17th?

hi y’all. this app has been a relief for me, thank you to everyone. I got an RFE back on April and I response back on June. I got an update July 8 “we received your response to our RFE for your form I 751. how long it will take to get an update on my case? it is safe to travel overseas with my stamp 551, my 48 extension letter expires next year 2025. thank you!!!!

RFE Medicals
Received RFE for medical for polio vaccine. Did a blood test which proved I have immunity. Civil surgeon requested I take the Hepatitis B vaccine and respond to the RFE. I took one shot of the the vaccine at Walgreens and sent the forms to USCIS. I scheduled a second shot of the Hep B vaccine for next moth.
My question is will USCIS approve my application with one shot of the Hep B vaccine or will they wait until I send proof of the second shot?
Emergency Advance Parole Fee
asking about EAP again. Does anyone know if they always ask for you to pay the fee for the Advance Parole when you are going for the emergency one? I have an expired Advance Parole and I used a few waiver for it. I have not renewed my advance parole but I am wondering if when I go for the emergency advance parole, they would ask me to pay the $600 fee. Anyone have experience with this?
