drivers license
Hi everyone,
I received my SS card not long ago but it says “for work only with authorization from dhs”, I was wondering if it was possible to acquire a drivers license with that SS card still? I’ll be starting work soon and my wife won’t be able to drive me around all the time so I’m hoping to get a drivers license soon.

Fun Fact, I got this as a text about two weeks ago.
USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # IOE.. Official Receipt Notice. meanwhile I did my biometric a month before this msg. even though they sent case is actively being reviewed, few minutes after taking the biometric.

RFE for I360
The RFE asks for more proof of good moral character. I already sent them the FBI clearance with my package and proof that I'm volunteering in the community. I'm guessing that wasn't enough? Do I still need to add the state clearance and some peer letters?
BTW, the state clearance is so hard to get because my passport is expired and I don't have any other form of ID. The police department accepted it last year for the fingerprint card I sent to the FBI, but they said that it was ok since it had expired just a few months prior. Now it's been a whole year and I don't think they'll accept it. Any advice?

Guys, I filed on July 11/2023, and I got notified on August 19/2023 that my “Case is being actively reviewed”, since then I haven’t heard anything. everytime I chat with live agent they say same thing… “your case is processing normal”, I even have lawyer who doesn’t care to reply back. Changes after submitting DS 160 form #ds160 #h1b
Hello,
I am having upcoming H1B visa stamping interview in Ottawa. However, since i submitted the DS-160 form, there has been some changes in my application. First, I got promoted at work so whatever occupation I submitted in DS-160, this is no longer relevant. And another, my employer started green card sponsorship for me and wage determination is pending with Department of Labor.
Did anyone have similar experience? Did you guys resubmitted DS-160 form or these changes could be discussed during the interview with the consular officer?

My interview is on Thursday. I have dozens of letters that my husband has written me over the years. Do I take all of those with me and how do I know which copies to make? I don’t wanna have to give them to the officer. all of the letters I have with me I scanned and uploaded when we filed our I-130 online So if they were to check online, they would find copies of all of these letters. Please advise

On Friday around 2:00 pm I received an email that they had taken action on my son's case, I checked the online account but there was nothing in the documents section nor had the status of the case changed. Today I received another email at 12:30 pm again that they had taken action on the case, and immediately changed the status of the I-130 case to actively reviewed by USCIS, I logged into the online account but nothing in the documents, only the status of the case changed. Asking God that we can soon receive approval.
