i-130 got approved. i-485 is on Rfe for medical. im pregnant and cant take some vaccines, will this affect me?
So, im pregnant and cant take some vaccines that is needed like polio and Hepatitis B, if the civil surgeon writes a note stating im pregnant and can’t take the vaccine. can i get approved? or will it delay my application?
I-130 approved but waiting in I-485
hello everyone, I filed both concurrently the I-130 got approved on July 1 after being actively reviewed for the first time on June 30 . Does anyone know how long it would take to get the same update on I-485 . it has been actively reviewing since December 28

So we applied for the I-130 exactly 1 year ago today. 3 July 2023
314 days since any activity on our case.
Our service center is Potomac and still says 80% of cases completed in 13.5 months.
We have not had any RFE's ( I actually would welcome a request so at least we know something is going on with our case . lol 😆)
Looking at others timelines, it looks like many are getting their approvals not long after the 1 year mark or within 30-60 days after. Does this seem accurate to you all ?
So Happy Anniversary to those who applied on or around this date. I know it's hard and beyond stressful, but stay positive all because our time is coming. 🙏

sigue igual.
After a month after USCIS received my RFE and they sent me a message that said: We have taken action on your case, so I went to my profile and it said:
USCIS is actively reviewing the case, so today I received another message that said: We have taken action on your case but you come in and there is nothing all
still the same.
RFE responed
3 June they convert my case to RFE, 20 June they sent which document they need( labor certificate) , my attorney sent the response document with cover letter and submit, now one month ago and i am still waiting for approvel, but not yet, any help or advice or anyone has same situation, how long I should wait for approvel I-140 after RFE.
