I’m green , the adjucating officer , even called me before approving it , this was really unexpected , thank God I picked the call , n she make some little correction on my file , she is so good , no ead , no travel parole , no interview , straight approve ! please anyone going through immigration it shall be well and always pray ..🙏

General question - Did you all also notice that Nebraska is no longer in the official website list of USCIS address of where to file I-140? it is now just Texas and Chicago - so I wonder if Nebraska is just busy now and if they will finish up cases in their possession or transfer it elsewhere 🤧 But FYI, for anyone filing an I-140 newly: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-140-immigrant-petition-for-alien-worker Based on this ^ it should not go to Nebraska… My application: I-140 EB2-NIW Center: Nebraska PD: Nov 2023 (230 days) - still waiting - I know others here from Sept/Oct 2023 still waiting as well especially from Nebraska. if you’ve had an approval from Nebraska recently (PD July-Dec 2023) please share! After 5 years of my I-485 processing I was approved July 2nd. I went for my interview June 2023 and heard nothing back, waited a year and finally after 10 info-passes, 60 service request and multiple calls. finally I got an approval and card sent in the mail.

RN-BSN for f1 student

Hello, Please who know any school that have an RN-BSN program for international students around Illinois and Wisconsin. The ones that I contacted around me are mostly online and hence not for international students. Meanwhile, I graduated last year with my ADN and currently working for my sponsor using my OPT but will expire in November. Also, my I-140 hasn't been approved, so I want to be proactive and go back to school once my OPT expires. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hello guys, how soon does the USCIS acts after writ of mandamus is served? I know they have 60 days but can’t they take action on the case earlier? Mine was served on the 06/17/2024, Atlanta Field Office.

Do you all think adding your case to lawfully notifies USCIS and just makes it go slower? 😅 there are people that applied same time as us/same center - and don’t even know what lawfully is and have gotten their earlier approvals! and they’re not on this app to comment/share their experience 😕I may be wrong but I was just wondering this recently….. Please do not give up! No lawyer, so made some mistakes. 2 RFE’s and no interview! I did contact my congress man, and my case was reviewed in 2024 thanks to him. Hopefully your approval comes soon!
