I-485 Receipt??
Hello Everyone,
I sent I-485 form on 21 June, 2024. But I did not take a receipt yet. do someone have same problem?
Besidesthat, I talked to live assistance, she told me, “we dont have a like this case”
I am wondering and I am worry.
ıf someone is having same problem, can you help me about this topic?

Yes, I sent my package on May 23 and still have nothing. The assistant told me that they have a big delayed in this received mails and it can take 60 till 90 days. As long as your credit card or check is not cashed yet, they are not working on your case.
That is soooooo frustrating.

Do you have your lawyer? In my case, a receipt notice sent to the lawyer ahead of me. Check with the lawyer…

@Sarah L. ıt is very long time. ı hope ı am waiting within next 2 weeks.
@YB Choi I talked to my lawyer today. she is working on the issue. They’r gonna call uscis office and send an email. because they dont take a receipt yet too. when did you take a receipt?
And also, the check did not cashed yet. This means, my process is still pending :(

No only ı have a receipt number for I-140 form. I did not take the receipt for I-485. @YB Choi

nowadays, it may take around 2 months in some cases to get just the receipt

Check your mail. never received a text or email notification even though I filled out the e-notification form, but got the paper receipt in my mailbox today.
