Finally got my GC AFTER 4 months
I just received a notification from USCIS EARLY THIS MORNING. It shows like my I-485 has been approved and also my I-130. All the process for us to preparing all the required documents was around 3 months and plus 4 months of waiting. It is really worth the wait!!!

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone else has had this experience or can provide any insight.
I requested to expedite my I-765, the request was received and then I was asked to fax the evidence.
Having done so, I haven’t received any confirmation that they got the fax.
Does anyone have any helpful information on this?
I don’t want to keep bugging them incase it makes them deny my applications.

hi everyone. my lawyer submitted my vawa application 9 days ago. we just received a notice letter that it’s been reviewed at Nebraska center. I know i have a long way to go but can i please know the process, what to look out for and also how many years it will take to get everything done. we filed i1485 together with vawa as well.

I-130 approved, letter was in petitioner account after second actively reviewing notice yesterday. The status has not officially changed and I-485 is still pending.
