hola! mi caso ha sido revisado 2 veces por uscis , la última vez fue el 18 de julio y no he recibido más información . alguien le pasa lo mismo ? saben si es positivo o no que lo estén revisando ? veo muchas aprobaciones en fechas similares a la mía . no se si algo esté mal. 🥲 alguien con situación parecida ?

I-765 approved this morning for about two months. Do you guys have any sense how long it will take to get the other two?
Hopefully it takes just a short amount of time to be approved for the GC.

hi , there is some one with de same priority date ? the last time my case was reviewed on 18 June and for 2 time and I haven’t receive nothing else . I can see a lot of approvals but nothing for me and I would like to know is there is some one else in the same situation or if they reviewed theirs cases before approve 🙌🏽

STILL WAITING OAKLAND PARK FLORIDA
So I submitted my N-400 on September 26th/2023.
I had my interview scheduled for April 2024, I passed the test but they had to review the case because I had a couple of trips over 6 months but less than a year.
They sent me an RFE on April 10th, I uploaded every proof and then the status changed to being “Actively Reviewed by USCIS” on May 20th. It’s July 23rd, more than 2 months and still waiting.
Does anyone know how long it takes after an RFE to get a decision? I can’t believe it almost August and I haven’t received a response, I thought naturalization cases were the quickest.
any similar experience? my service center was Oakland Park, FL, located in South Florida. thanks💙

hello everyone husband and I did service request on his 485 because it’s been since November 2023 with no response to the rfe medical exam and marriage evidence just that they received and they will review
first sr 120 days after they received rfe they said it was processing normal
second they replied like and hour later saying
Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record within 60 to 180 days. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center.

has anyone gotten same messages if so how long until approval or what ended up happening ?
also on my husband 485 says all 3 steps are completed it’s been on step 4 (decision) for about month and a half now anyone with similar experience?

!!update!!: green card arrived 10 days later in the mail.
in the web, it said that the tracking number was UNAVAILABLE so I contacted live agent through Emma and was able to accrue it. I’m so happy and feel so relieved that this journey has come to an end and wish everyone the same. farewell 😉
