1 dependent omitted, others approved
Our family of fourโmyself, spouse, and our 16+ year oldโreceived approval for our I-485, but there has been no update for our 13+ year old. We were hoping he might still get approved, but as of today, weโve only received approval notice for the three of us. So far, his status has only been updated to indicate that his Form I-485 was transferred to another USCIS office, while the rest of our statuses have been updated regularly. Does anyone know why this might be the case or what steps we should take to resolve this issue?

I filed vawa on October 2020 and i485 on March 2021, I got approved on my vawa on November 2023 and they received my medical on April 1st 2024 and havenโt hear anything and I need to go to my country ASAP, my old travel documents is expired January 2024 I only have EAD c31 when do you guys think Iโll get my green card my i485 is in NBC. thanks in advance.

My dad has cancer, he also had a strokes and he's not able to walk properly, he has thyroid problem and he's getting worst everyday,I need help and advice to do my I-131,I really need to see my dad.
I did not apply for AP when I was applying and now I wish I did, how can I apply no what are the step to take ,please I cannot afford a lawyer I have to be sending money for him to be doing test and buying medication, thats not doing doing.
Processing Time for NOID Response by USCIS
what is the average processing time for USCIS to process a NOID response for an I-485 petition??. I sent mine three months ago and Iโm still waiting for the response even though with the help of my local congressman which expedited the revision of my case, but no updates yet..

almost a year now since me and my wife have been waiting. itโs painful to see October 2023 PDโs on a higher approval % than September. what is going on that Oct and Nov 2023 have higher approvals than September of 2023? anyone waiting since September ? itโs becoming unbearable and I know many have been waiting for ever too ๐ญ. USCIS really canโt keep up huh?

So I got a transfer notice that says โwe have completed a preliminary review of the application, as part of standard processing,we transferred your case to the office listedโ
The office listed was Nebraska Service Centre(NSC) Premium Processing.
Thing is my case was already at NSC so this has me confused, anyone has an idea what this is about?
