try to have someone from home send a letter from doctor stating your dadβs condition and fill out the form then call Uscis and have them expedite it and show them the proof from dr

Kristina International on YouTube i -131, you can fill out the form yourself if you watch her video, you donβt have to pay just include your receipt number that you filed for 485 form and schedule an appointment with your field office you can get an emergency pass there take your i-131 with you

this was me two years ago, he passed on while waiting the appointment date with uscis ! only God can heal us. I was drained financially since I was supporting all the hospital costs back in Africa. could not afford a ticket but we shall meet again. Take heart

get all the emergency documents and, if it is in another language, translate them. call USCIS, as soon as you can and explain the situation; they will call you back for appointment, in my cases I took 2 weeks to get an appointment, get all your documents to the field office and explain everything to the officer

@Kimoya π―π² argh! I also didnβt apply for AP and my husband passed a year ago. I was unable to see him laid to rest in our home country. I was told AP cost 630$ and not sure it makes sense to file now. Also I have anxiety about my AOS getting denied while Iβm outside the USπ©
