USCIS Inquiry For people who contacted Senators and Congresspersons how long did it take for them to get back to you? I contacted 2 weeks ago but I haven't heard anything yet. Just wondering how it went with people who went this route. Details- EB-2, ROW, Oct 2023 filer and PD July, 2022. Got AP and EAD.

Hello. Ucsis aproved the I-130 last week and they sent it to the NVC a couple day ago. Today we recived a email from NBC and they said that we have to pay a fee and that we send them all the documentation so that it is prepared for the day of the interview, is this normal? From what our lawyer has told us, we now have to submit the waiver. thanks

I received a biometric notice and I was able to go the next day and get biometrics done however only i485 and work permit were listing in the notice. yesterday I got another notice for my travel permit, do I have to go back and do again the biometrics or should I be fine?
