Hello. Ucsis aproved the I-130 last week and they sent it to the NVC a couple day ago. Today we recived a email from NBC and they said that we have to pay a fee and that we send them all the documentation so that it is prepared for the day of the interview, is this normal? From what our lawyer has told us, we now have to submit the waiver. thanks

So you mean that this email is the same for everyone right? We still have to do all the steps before the interview right? Waiver, I-465 etc right?

you have to pay the fees and upload all the documents on the ceac portal. I-864,w2, tax returns, civil documents like marriage certificate, police records, birth certificate, passport. there’s no waiver
