RFE Received: Divorce Certificate Not Valid
I received RFE letter which states that divorce certificate from home country (Nigeria) is not valid. Who has been through this before, please help. Thank you so much.

you will need to include your home country for people to provide recommendations, I know I’ve seen post about divorce from Nigeria on here so if that’s your country just go through previous post or search. hopefully that’ll help.

you probably will need an affidavit from court in your home country attesting to the validity of tiyr certificate,once you get it send it in

this Nigeria divorce issue is death dealer men. you have to be extraordinary human to pull this off. they use this to break me down into pieces, even after getting the green card all my America dreams dies in front of me. I just feel tired like I have no fight me no more.
