forgot to send I-130A
I don’t know to cry or to laugh. my husband send i130 in December and didn’t attach 130A. so almost 9 months passed. should we just send it ? or any other steps are needed ? anyone has such stupid situation ? I’m so angry (((

Just fill it out and upload the ak case before they ask you for it

In the option to upload documents it gives you the option to upload the I130A

When I did my brother-in-law's I forgot and they asked for it and sent an RFE @Helen Helen but you have the option to upload before they ask for it
