advance parole finally approved
I got a status update sent to my email and when I checked the app my status didn’t change. In fact it didn’t update until a day or so after but the approval notice was in documents folder. check in on your case online and check documents because even if you don’t get an update, there could be one in documents.

No i-485 update after i-130 approval
My i-130 was approved 1 week ago but no i-485 decision yet despite concurrent filling. Is this normal? What could be the reason for the delay?

Approved Finally 🥳
Finally approved! Wasn’t expecting it on a Saturday morning but so so happy! PD was June 13, 2023. I hope everyone from June gets good news and approvals in the next week :)
I’d love to know how long on average it took for NVC to receive the application? I’m asking because I’d like to submit a case expedite as my husband is being relocated to the US in 2 weeks by his employer. We currently both live in Canada together.
also- sideline, how do I update my timeline to show the I-130 has been approved? When I try to update it, it only lets me add a custom update instead of marking the I-130 approved. Meaning it still shows the I-130 is in progress if I were to add a custom timeline update. I’ve tried everything.
EB3 approved while not current after CRP
my case changed to NCIBP a couple of days ago although I'm not current. I was on CRP before.
On top of that, my dependents are still pending (CRP) but I was on H1B and if I'm approved and they're not, they lose their H4 status.
we were all on CRP since much earlier this year. No interview / RFEs.
Anyone in a similar situation?
Awaiting decision on N400 & I-751
I had my N400 & I-751 combo interview since May 2023, my I-751 was filled in September 2021. It was a stokes interview and all went well with the interview. I passed the naturalization test but still no decision on my case but received this message few days ago;
As of July 24, 2024, fingerprints relating to your Form
1-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number xxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/ addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
I sincerely do not know what to make out of this as I know I have received same kind of message after I filled my I-751 and N-400.
Please anyone with such experience should pls share.
