Over Come 221(g) Drop off passport
I was initially refused due to missing wedding photos on April 28th and was asked to email them which I did same day and today I got an email saying to drop off passport and I have over come it after 3 months exactly and I was wondering how long do I wait after I drop off passport #djibouti
how long does it take
so I went for my individual hearing for asylum on June 4th and the judge said they will get back to me on decision before then on June 3rd my Ead renewal changed to actively been reviewed I had applied for ead renewal since Oct 2023 then later started counting weeks to decision and now shows taken longer than expected . it’s almost to months no decision received yet and EAD not renewed. please any one knows how long it take for Chicago court to decide on asylum matters and is there anything I can do at this time to get ead renewed before decision if it will take longer ? my driver license is expired and the state I am in needs active documents to renew. I am in a big mess right now . please help !!!
i485 and i131 processing time after i140 approval, concurrent filing
Hi, friends, I got my i-140 approved 3 days back, can you help me understand how much more time it will take for i485 or i131 to be approved, biometric was done two months ago for i765 but has no update on i485 or i131 since then, I received EAD. All forms were filed concurrently and my PD is 2016. Can I contact USCIS, if yes, how?
Short and Weird RFE
I have received a RFE with just one page asking for educational evaluation, which is something that is already in my case.
Also, there nothing else in the letter. it seems that the agent didn’t read my case completely, however he did not ask for anyother evidence but educational.
Was weird and I dont know if I need to send more evidences or just whas he is asking.
He mentioned that could not proceed analysing my case if he does not have what he asked.
What does that means? Should I only send the information asked or do I need to send more info?
