quick question did it go from response to rfe straight to approval? because I have a similar case i-130 approved already in 2022 so this was a standalone i-485 applied in May 10 and got i-864 rfe in July,I sent them back with a joint sponsor and mine is still saying rfe response received..help help pls comrade lol

@gideon kochulem yes, after they confirmed receipt in May it was approved September. no interview. RFE was for medicals, no further information was requested from them. Also, all forms were submitted at the same time. With the exception of medical given they had not yet released medicals no longer had the 2yr expiration.

I got my tracking number a few days before it was delivered but after it said sent. then I tracked when it was delivered. the website updated shortly after it was delivered.
I will note that my EAD still says card was picked up by the post office from June 2023 because they never marked it delivered. I did get it though
