does anyone know what it means when your rank jumps from 7th to 50th on the lawfully app because it's been over a year now since I filed the I-765

After the automated system is done talking and says
"I can understand complete sentences, so tell me what can I help you with"
Say "reschedule my appointment"
It will ask if this if for biometrics, info pass or interview,
Say "interview"
It will ask for your receipt number, Say "I lost my receipt number"
It will then connect you and put you on hold, a real person will come and help you then.
On average l've had to wait 10-20 minutes.
