DOES USCIS ACCEPT “IRS TRANSCRIPTIONS” ?
I’ve got that dout cause the person who is gonna sponsor me can’t find her 2021 taxes but we have the 2022 & 2023 but my paralegal do not wanna take the transcripts but when I google even the USCIS website says they take” irs transcripts” as a proof of income!!
have any of you guys sent “IRS TRANSCRIPTS “

yea transcripts are great because it shows you filed the taxes. they might want W2s though which you can get a copy of from the employer I think

2023 tax transcript and W-2 should be fine
