hi, my i-140 was recieved last january 18,2024, processing at nebraska. its already septemper and my i-140 is still not moving. it still says “actively reviewed by USCIS” since january. is this normal? does anybody here has the same experience? enlighten me please.

normally, processing time for I140 is between 10 to 18 months.

just so you know, you will get a decision in less than a month for premium processing.

can u put premium processing after you have already applied.
I already submitted my i140 but it has beeen in 6month ago. I’m wondering if I use premium processing.

my sister applied under same category using premium processing and it was approved in less than a week. Also, yes you can submit a form I-907 and request premium processing

you can earn that money once you already have the GC compared to the stress and worries waiting for a year or two.

no need for premium processing if your pd isn’t current.

if your pd is current, move to premium processing. Premium processing takes less than 2 weeks to get approved.

totally normal my nurse friends whose PD is Oct 2023 approved on Sep 2024. Mine’s Dec 2023 (Nebraska too) and still being actively reviewed blahbla so…

Same here. PD was December 22, 2023 and it's been more than 10 months already of waiting.. it's worrisome😬🙈
