oct 2021 RFE
For those anxiously waiting with an October 2021 priority date: they are currently reviewing cases with that date. I received an RFE today; I don't know what it's for yet, but I believe it concerns the medical exam. My case had been pending since October 2022. My case is being processed in San Diego, CA.

I am reapplying—once againAdjustment of Status. because my application was denied in 2024. That was very painful for me and my husband; we had so many travel plans.
