@ San K - I’m unable to raise the Service Reque as it says I’m still within processing time and same tried with live customer care and they couldn’t raise. how about you?

just submit service request regardless of processing time normal- I submitted multiple service requests and case was activated soon after and now approved. October 2022 PD EB1b India

PD May 9 2022, RFE for medicals received by USCIS on Apr 21 and no movement since then. standard feedback on congressional inquiry that my case is progress. it’s frustrating and I could not figure out what actually happening to my case. current location NBC

@M Naray - Was there any SR raised or any interfiling done before the case became current? I guess, timer for SR might get reset due to such event.

PD July 15, 2022 Did you contact your local congressman office? If yes, then wait for 30 days to get an update about what is happening behind the screen or call them and try to explain your case in brief. In my case biometric was expired but USCIS refreshed it internally and officer requested associated files of the case at one place.

My local congressman reached out to Tampa Field office but the same week my case moved back to NBC. so, Tampa FO replied to congressman that case in NBC and wait for 90 days to revert back. I asked local congressman again to raise Query with NBC but they insisted to wait for 90 days to submit request again. it is not helping due to case movement between Tampa FO and NBC…

Ok got it. Initially I also received same response that wait for 90 days from congressman office. But this was within 2-3 days after having a call with C. office. USCIS gave response to them after 30days. Did you contact Senator office also similar time frame? The process may be delayed because of the inquiries from both offices!

I’m thinking to request thru Ted Cruz to reach out to NBC, really not sure how this will help or delay further. I called customer service and Surprisingly(may be) they mentioned my case is in San Antonio which is local FO for interview (for Texas) and also she couldn’t raise SR... So, I’ll verify again with EMMA agent before raising C enquiry.

Check your inquiry date first. If you open the case with Senator office then wait atleast 30 days to get the response and close the case. Then open a new case with C. office. Duplicate case within 30 days timeframe delay the case, because it creates a new inquiry. After 60 days of medical RFE logged date, if you are not able to raise SR (typically good sign) then dependents can raise the SR. I am sharing it because, I have learned in this process. Great to hear that your case is at local FO! All the best for your interview.

MY PD Sep 2022. I am not able to create SR for me or my dependents. It is saying case is under normal processing and SR may not be created. My case moved local Field office (Raleigh/Durham FO) after Medicals are submitted in March 2026. No update from Last 4 months. Mine is MSC application. I feel, MSC applications are taking lot of time as those are paper applications?

@M Naray my case also followed a similar pattern to you. Went to two field offices and now at my local field office in Houston TX. Does this mean that we will get an interview scheduled after almost 4 years?

@ JayM - you should call customer care to raise SR in behalf of you

@SPS S: not sure it require interview. potential they may call for interview when it goes to local FO (my reads in Reddit and other groups). what is your PD?

same here my PD is Aug 2022 no updates since medical RFE responded (5/12) it has been 80 days no updates

@N $ : RFE Acknowledged? Did you raise SR after 60 days?

yes have raised SR but got a reply they could not identify me (although I had raise SR from my own USCIS login) and I have also mailed details to Local congress hopefully 🤞🏻 will get some updates next week
