Does anyone have any experience with filing a Motion to Advance for an individual (final) hearing in Immigration Court? I’m in New York and want to file one because my mother recently passed away.
Does anyone have any experience with filing a Motion to Advance for an individual (final) hearing in Immigration Court? I’m in New York and want to file one because my mother recently passed away. If I file the motion today, how long does it usually take for the judge to make a decision?

i don’t think uscis will approve this because judges don’t have any power to gave you court hearing, it’s now handled by the uscis officer same sonerio happened with me in SFO court, judge can only gave you decision not hearing anymore
