@kim p I just did random chat with Emma to figure out which service center my case is now

sometimes Emma give different answers , check back tomorrow and see if you get the same answer, because alot of time they told me different service center . Emma is not accurate all the time.

im not sure but Emma agent not accurate sometimes they give different answers sometimes ' I wouldn't depend on Emma to give me info , just check your online account because they are seeing same info like us . your online account will give you the right update of your case . if your case tranfer to a different service you will get a notice.
