we are the same experience. i lost my PRC last July 12 and I did filed I 90 FORM for replacement green card immediately in online website uscis.gov and i paid the processed. i got first call in USCIS from July 13. She gave a different uscis ID number or phone number to call me back. after a week I recieved a email that I've got a schedule for biometrics from USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) in August 05 for ADIT STAMP/ I -90....and July 22, I recieving a call again from USCIS officer in a different number, she only asked me to verify my background information.
