I sent a new evaluation saying that u was abuse mentally and emotionally and physically
I sent a pic of injury with date in it
a lot of text and threat
police report ( call harassment)
I hope they are enough the rfe was about more evidence about the abuse
did anyone had 2 rfe and get approved ?
and what i sent is it enough for them ?
Finally I got approved!
Today I got the update I’ve been waiting for 04 years.
After one interview and two RFE’s I made it. I have only one word to describe how I feel right now, RELIEF.
