Contacting a live agent?

Hi, Emma is useless. Has anyone had luck with a live agent. I am mostly concerned about an I - 131. I am at day 201 since applying.

Hi everyone, please how long does it take to get RFE in the mail? I got a notification that an RFIE was sent on my I485 since sept 26, and my lawyer handles all my mails from uscis and they can’t confirm receipt of it.

Has anyone here ever had to do a Mandamus process? Did it work for you? Or did nothing work? I heard that it is a very strong process done together with the federal court. #mandamus #eb3
