On the official website where you check your case number, you can scroll down a bit and see if your date allows you to make an inquiry or not. In my case, I'm in November, and the date they are giving me is March. Hope this helps.

for TSC people I think we can lodge the enquiry sooner. In my case, my PD is Oct 16 23 and the earliest that I can contact is Dec 04 24. While tracking the enquiry date, for days I saw Dec 16, Dec 24... now I am seeing Dec 4...
