Will they let all of 2021 file this fiscal year or they are still going to keep retrogressing and hold the same date as of now?

I highly doubt there still so many from 2021 waiting to file! In 2022 they set the filing date to sept 2022 .

@yogesh niroula my pd is 2022 September but still I 140 they didnβt answer ,if they donβt answer my I 140 ,can I file I 485 or should I wait answer I 140 ?
