@BL D I’m in the same boat, November 2022 PD, applied in Feb 2024, no updates since biometrics and case still at NBC. Is your receipt block MSC?

@Shah Fahad, MSC here as well, EB-2 RoW but seems to be stuck at NBC for 8 months now. Congratulations by the way!!

@Dharmesh Jha yea i am EB2-ROW, birth country kuwait. Receipt block is MSC249049****. So far only EAD got approved 100 days back for me and for dependents, and recently got approved for AP couple of weeks back, waiting for approval documents by mail. I don’t know why our block is not moving fwd and I see people who applied in May and june got approved recently since 2025 fiscal year started.

@BL D same receipt block and same case, EAD and AP approved for me, EAD for the dependent approved but that’s about it. Nothing on 485 other than fingerprints were taken. I wish our turn comes soon, it has been a long long wait.

@Dharmesh Jha yea it’s stressful and stressing as the time is passing by. So you are EB2 as well? I got an RFE for birth certificate and i responded in May . nothing after that. fir dependents, nothing after “finger prints were taken”

@BL D EB-2 ROW, no updates since fingerprints, just stuck at NBC and reviewed on random dates per Emma chat. It’s been 8 months of filing and 7 months of being current.

I understand that how frustrating and stressful it is. Given the fact that people who applied later in 2024 are getting approved and ours still stuck on updates that are several months old.
