Endless Uscis Issues
uscis approved 765 C31 on 09/18/2024, next day 09/19/2024 update we mailed you approval notice, if you don’t receive it do e -request, tomorrow is the last day , so far I didn’t get it , what I have to do ?😭😭😭😭😭

does employer want to see approval notice? i mean card it self isn’t enough what would you do with approval notice

@tired from waitingg I was wondering the same thing. @Hope Hope it would be more of an issue if you got the notice and not the card. The notice is just a courtesy to say they approved your case. Submit an e-request or something to get a copy of it but it's not something to sweat over. I got my renewed C09 EAD one month or so before they approved vawa and sent the C31 EAD. My lawyer still has it because I didn't bother going for it. I already have one and I'm not getting anything different with that one.

no , I didn’t apply for it when I filed my 360 , they approved 360 without giving me c31 ead.
