i485 PENDING THROUGH SIJS
Hello!!!
I was so excited when I received the request from immigration that I needed to send my medicals and then they after they confirmed that they received, they marked my case as pending because a visa is not immediately available to me.
At first I thought that it was because FY is almost over so they’re just waiting until Oct 1st to reopen my case.
Then my lawyer told me that it could be because my priority date is no available yet.
For me it is very weird because why would USCIS send me RFE if my priority date is not available?
is anyone going through the same or has seen this before? any thoughts or suggestions?
personally the FY makes more sense but because my lawyer said it’s because of the priority date, so it’s confusing.

Finally Greened After An Interview
Hello everyone i just want to say thank you to each and everyone on this platform wether we spoke directly or indirectly some of your stories were inspiring. I just got approved today after my interview. All i can say is Thank You Jesus. A word to everyone always pray and keep your faith in the midst of your trials.
I prayed every day because i was denied before and i got my case reopened. There is hope for everyone a denial doesnt mean delayed. Gods timing always right.
I wasnt asked alot of questions in my interview, it was great it was like talking to a friend i was only asked 4 questions.
1 Where we met
2 How long we dated before marriage
3 Any bills in our names
4 When is our birthdays
I can tell all you guys i didnt have strong evidence such as car, lease, rent, kids , vacations and all those stuff, because we are not that financially stable to afford all those stuff. But i had intent and i love my husband and it shows. So dont be scared because your case might not seem like the rest always have faith and pray nothing beats prayer. Thank You everyone.

If you don’t have a legal entry in this country, if you are in the US for 10 years, and if you are married to a US citizen you are eligible to apply for this. I hope this information can help as many people as possible. God Bless!
