Can I Expedite My I-485 Case
Hello again platform, still waiting on my green card but my mom back home is sick, and also my niece is getting married next month end. Can I use these to expedite the process? I already got necessary documentation…..

I tried recently to expedite the I485 because my grandfather is dying, I was not successful. I’m even having to fight for the expedited AP. so I suggest at least trying because you may succeed, but don’t get your hopes up

they dont accept a reason like wedding, its either financial loss, humanitarian reasons or needed by government agency, you can do based on your mom's health situation, make sure you have proof!!! I pray your mom gets well soon
