F2A - US Citizen
I have a question, my I-130 was approved 2023 October, my 485 has been actively reviewed since the same time. my husband is now a citizen so I tired to call them for them to upgrade the case they said they did but NOTHING since Oct 2023. is anyone else in this boat ?

I am in a similar situation and spoke to them. was told that once the I-130 is approved as F2A, the i-485 will be adjudicated in that class. Upgrading after I-130 is approved will do nothing 😡

@mh omg what ??? no one told me that 🥹 also I have an email from them saying they moved to the spouse of us citizen that is crazy

I am in same situation @a a 23 My husband Became US Citizen January 2024 and I update my status in February but nothing will changed until now and I 130 approved last year as well.. I am so tired now for all kind of nonsense …

thing is it doesn’t even make sense to call the customer service line because NONE OF THEM KNOW ANYTHING
