what’s the process and what was the reason to write that. Can you explain a little please. we are waiting more than 3.5 years now. Our case is at NVC since 2.5 months now.

@Munawar Saeed My husband had previously been in America on a student visa. He had quit school & was working under someone else’s name (who was not a citizen) and got pulled over. He went to immigration and eventually did voluntary deportation. We thought we would have to do a waiver, but decided to do a writ of mandamus first. We hired Jim Hacking’s law firm & make $500 monthly payments after the initial payment. We started this process almost 3 years ago so I can imagine what you’re going through.

@Mary gij thanks! I sincerely would look into the WOM. We went through all the steps like contacting our state reps and all of that but it got us no where.

@Yas Ch Jim Hacking law firm. The total was $5405, we paid $2905 as the initial payment and then $500 monthly payments (all in USD)
