Omg I cried and pray everyday for your help.
Now am just waiting on that day to come for me to hear some good news...

Filed May, 2020, October 2022 RFE on Medical, May 2024 Interview, and changed to “my case must be reviewed” immediately after the interview, July 2024 I-130 Approved, same month RFE on medical again. August I-485 Approved. Baltimore came through finally!!!

485 not transferred
my Vawa was approved late June 2024 and my Vawa hasn’t been transferred yet. is it because my ex is a resident or because I waived the fees? I’ve done 2 inquiries so far and no answer. I called and they said a Tier 2 would call me within 30 days and that was 2 weeks ago. What can I do?
