Transfer to the Field Office
I spoke with a Live Agent and he said that 6 days ago NBC finished the initial review and now it’s just waiting to be sent to the Field Office .. do you know how long does it take? According to my address my field office is Queens, NY. Anybody have any idea?

Mine took 6.5 months after being transferred to FO.

mine took 3.5 months. no way to know @Aileen Gonzalez but it’s a step in the right direction

@Aileen Gonzalez, how were you able to talk to live agent especially when your time line is not outside of normal processing time as per USCIS? I want to talk to live agent but Emma keeps saying I have to wait if my case goes beyond their normal processing time.

@benny champ because I received an email that an action was taken on my case but nothing was shown on my account so I spoke with one through Emma.
