CRP for EB2-1 ROW PD Nov 2022
Hello everyone,
My I-485 case status just changed from "Fingerprint" to "CRP" today. However, my priority date has been current since we filed in March 2024. I’m in the EB2-1 ROW category, so it doesn’t make sense that visa numbers would be unavailable for this category. Has anyone else here experienced something similar? Could this be an error?

Experience with Cleveland Field Office

My Emergency Travel Document appointment is set up with USCIS after two days. I have a medical emergency for my mother. I applied for expedited for ATD, and got a call from the tier two office, but I never got an email to submit my evidence. So, I got into the Emergency Travel Doc.
My question is:
1. USCIS provides advance parole, on an emergency basis, not Aslyum Travel Doc, right?
2. How long will be the validity? Depending on my situation? Can I ask for 6 months just in case they give for a short time?
3. Should pay a fee before an interview or after?
I would appreciate any experience and info you can share.

Hola chicos!! Tengo una pregunta, ¿qué pasaría si mi abogado envía el formulario I130 con una dirección diferente a la del formulario I485?
Mi abogado es de New York pero vivo en el estado de Ohio, también tengo una dirección en nyc,Tengo todas las facturas, la cuenta bancaria conjunta, léase de la casa,etc. con la dirección de Ohio, la aplicación i130 el abogado la mando con la dirección de Ohio tres meses después el abogado manda la aplicación i485 con la dirección de New York, ahora tengo que hacerme el examen médico y en el formulación que me mandaron tengo que poner donde estoy viviendo actualmente y el aboga me dice que tengo que poner la dirección de nyc. eso me causaría algún tipo de problemas en mi caso?

Hello guys!! I do have a question, what would happen if my lawyer send the i130 with a different address than the i485?
I’ve got all of the bills,, lease, joint bank accounts ect… with the address that is in the i130 form. now I gotta do the medical exam and they send me a form where I need to put the address, the paralegal told me to put the same addrsss that is in i485 form that’s the address where I used to live, my aunt lives there I come to that address from time to time though!!!

Mi esposo ciudadano americano realizó para mi hijo y yo una solicitud de ajuste de estatus en octubre 2023, en junio aprobaron mi residencia y la de mi hijo aún no, dice el caso que está tardando más tiempo de lo esperado, sin embargo desde abril dice que se está revisando activamente luego de hay no ha tenido más actualización el niño es menor de edad, alguien ha tenido una experiencia como esta, estoy un poco preocupada???
My American citizen husband made an application for adjustment of status for my son and I in October 2023. In June my residency was approved but not yet for my son. The case says it is taking longer than expected. However, since April it says it is being actively reviewed. After that, there has been no further update. The child is a minor. Has anyone had an experience like this? I'm a little worried???
