@Ruth Enea Thanks🥰Yes, Ive received email from USCIS" We have taken an action on your case"sign in your account to view your status on Oct 6, Then when Ive open my USCIS account it"s October 16, 2024 Status We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time" but in my documents stab, they already sent my notice of approval. The next day 17 they updated October 17, 2024 Case Approved On October 17, 2024, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number _____, and sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in your notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by November 16, 2024, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Same here😍🥰
