please some advice

New Card is being produced!
After the long wait, my case status has finally changed to “New Card is Being Produced” 2 days ago. my timeline is below:
PD: Sept 2022
I140 Approval: Nov 2022
I485 Submission: Dec 2022
I765 Approval: May 2023
CRP: Nov 2023
I131 Approval: Feb 2024 after expedite request
RFE for Supp. J: June 2024
New Card is being produced: Aug 2024
My case was transferred to my first local FO (found out last year), but was later transferred to my new local FO because I changed location after graduation. I called last week to place a SR because of my RFE response was about 2 months and nothing was showing that they sent the RFE or received it.
Goodluck to everyone as this process is faster for some and slow for others like me, but the key is to be patient and don’t let it make you overthink. Let me know if you have any questions.
Second actively reviewing
Hi guys, yesterday I saw that USCIS updated my case to actively reviewing for the second time. However, my husband and I did not receive an email. We are not the ones who fill out the I-130 form we hired a firm that we are no longer using. If the case was approved Will USCIS mail the approval to us or the lawyer that filed to form for us. Did anyone had this type of experience?

Lawfully hasn’t updated my timeline
I just randomly checked my app last night and i saw “1 new update on my case”. I refreshed the app severally, still nothing so i logged into my USCIS online and there it was.. Case approved.. i am waiting for my approval notice now!!!
Finally, God did it!! if there is a man to pray, there is definitely a God who hears!!! my prayer point has been “ God please i don’t want any RFEs, just give me an approval and just like that, he did!!!
Guys, for everyone waiting on the Lord for a miracle concerning their cases, may the Lord hear your prayers and give you the desires of your heart!!!

Anyone has any idea if visa bulettin will move forward next months in new fiscal year?

i just got an update this morning that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview (got an update from case tracker not from here yet)
i was expecting my interview would waived but it didn’t happen.
do you know how long it would take to received a notice ? how long it would take to be scheduled for an interview?
also, is there still a chance that interview might be waived??

i-140 approved waiting for AOS or Consular Processing
hello all,
like many others I have an approved i-140 with Nov-2023 PD and waiting to file AOS or Consular Processing. Currently in US on STEM-OPT that will end on Nov-2025. Not sure if I have got enough time to do AOS with in US or will have to leave country because the wait time is too long?

Anyone from India who did not have birth certificate and submitted other documents instead, kindly share your experience
Hi all Indian brother and sisters here. My wife doesn’t have her birth certificate. currently we re on O Visas and previously she had used her school certificate as proof of date of birth. But I am not sure about I-485. We re preparing our forms and documents for adjustment of status but not sure if the same school certificate will work this time. Has anyone used other documents in place of birth certificate? Any suggestions and guidance will be much appreciated.
