Approved Finally after a painful journey.
TN 2019 to H1B 2020 to GC 2024
PD Aug 5 2021 ROW, All derivatives approved at the same time.
PERM got audited took almost a year to approve.
Submitted i140 and i485,i765,i131 with Medical in November 2022 previously but USCIS approved i140 and lost all other applications.
Resubmitted everything on Feb 7 2024, along with Medicals.
Got Biometrics appointment letter after appointment date, went in either way and got it done.
RFE 1 for birth certificates , had already submitted those.
RFE 2 for medicals had submitted those already with the initial package.
The whole process was probably the most stressful period of my life and made me question my choices but I'm glad it's over. Hang in there everybody!

@Rijo Rijo thank you, yes all of us got both RFEs at the same time. the first RFE came from Kansas and the 2nd came from Hialeah, FL

@G M i140,i485 was filed concurrently in 2022. USCIS never charged the fees for the i485s after i140 approval. lawyer and I contacted lockbox and they said we never received your file. lawyer escalated to ombudsman but never got a reply.lawyer recommended to resubmit AOS package.

@P V not sure when it was transferred but I got an RFE from the FO on August 5th, sent RFE response on Sept 1 and received approval on Oct 9th
