when did you got asylum ?

did you applied i131 after asylum granted or while asylum pending,

I applied for it while asylum pending and I’m still waiting for the asylum decision after interview.

did you get a RFE before the denial. I’m going through the same thing. I have waiting for a year at the Texas service center. I also have pending asylum.

you got denied coz maybe you applied adavace parole with green card they changed the policy after 2023 april you have to pay fee for travel documents maybe you didn’t applied regular travel documents

You have to have granted asylum to be approved for I-131.
